Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

To ensure clarity and convenience for all our clients, please review our policy regarding appointment changes:

Deposits:

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.

Cancelling an Appointment:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 3-4 days in advance.

Deposits for cancelled appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling an Appointment:

If you reschedule your appointment at least 3-4 days in advance, you can use your deposit for the next appointment one time.

If you need to reschedule the same appointment more than once, a new deposit will be required.

No Call/No Show:

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged 50%-100% of the service cost.

No-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments with us.

Curly Cut Services:  

Before coming into your appointment, please have your hair freshly washed, worn down, detangled and 100% air dried with little to no product. No pony tails, clips or buns. This way we can see your curls in its natural state. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling your appointment. 

Refund Policy

When your service has been completed we can not assign any refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is something about your service that you are unhappy with please email or text us your concerns and we can help accommodate your needs. If you are looking to add something that wasn’t done in the initial service, we will have to charge for any additional services provided..

Late policy 

If you are more then 10 minutes, we will have to reschedule your appointment to my next available date.  

Online Ordering

All orders typically ship out within 2-5 days. There is a 10 day return policy on all orders. All returns must be made within the 10 day return policy. For any questions and concerns please email at Curlsamore@gmail.com.
