Salon Policies

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy:

Deposits are required in order to secure your appointment and are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the case where you have to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 3-4 days before your appoinment. If you have to cancel, your deposit will non-refundable and non-transferable . If you have to reschedule, you may use that same deposit into your next appointment only 1 time. If you reschedule that same appointment more than once you will be required to pay another deposit. In a no call/no show situation you will be charged 50%-100% of your service and will be at risk to no longer book any appointments with us.

Curly Cut Services:  

Before coming into your appointment, please have your hair freshly washed, worn down, detangled and 100% air dried with little to no product. No pony tails, clips or buns. This way we can see your curls in its natural state. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling your appointment. 

Refund Policy

When your service has been completed we can not assign any refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is something about your service that you are unhappy with please email or text us your concerns and we can help accommodate your needs free of charge. If you are looking to add something that wasn’t done in the initial service, we will have to charge for any additional services provided..

Late policy 

If you are more then 10 minutes, we will have to reschedule your appointment to my next available date.  

Online Ordering
